Annual Congregational Meeting

On Sunday, January 30, St. John will hold our Annual Congregational Meeting at 3:00pm on Zoom (connection information is listed at the bottom of this email). At this meeting we will:

• Discuss and approve our 2022 budget
• Elect Council members to a 3-year term
• Review our ministry in 2021, including the 100 Day Plan
• Talk about our vision and direction for 2022

The documents you will need are:

• 2021 Annual Report - available in paper copy at church or electronically here. If you need a copy mailed to your home, please contact Cindy Daymont.
• 2022 Proposed Budget - see pages 22 - 23 in the 2021 Annual Report.

This is an important time to be the Church that Jesus called us to be in our community. The engagement of people in this ministry is what makes it all work to the glory of God! If you are interested in finding ways to be more involved (or involved differently), please speak with Pastor Jeff or any member of Council.
